Similar to how I had done over a year ago, this will be a post of my dark hidden secrets about tons of artists I listen to, among others. Stans are very welcome to be butt-hurt here~ Let’s get to it!
- No way is Amuro Namie the new Queen of J-Pop. Sure she had her big albums, but no Queen should ever get a #3 single~
- Ayumi Fishlips Hamaski is and forever will be the Queen of J-Pop. Utada is the J-Pop god~
- I’m really proud(and jealous) of AKB48 being so popular since it means the idol group market isn’t dead~
- The Heavy Rotation PV isn’t that big of a deal for me.
- Perfume’s recent a-sides are sooo same-y and generic, although extremely catchy
- Korean BoA is good, even though I rarely even listen to her new album
- 4minute should just stay is Korea since their fierce/sexy image isn’t welcome in Japan
- S/mileage’s Wada Ayaka makes for a horrible leader
- Hamasaki Ayumi needs to fix her voice and stop that vibrato crap
- I feel that Namie’s voice is kinda annoying and shouty in Break It
- After JASMINE’s album came out, I started neglecting her music
- The SHINee album sucks
- MEG is a flop and is setting a good example by going on hiatus
- I feel Ayu and Kuu should do the same to get some new inspiration for their music
- Utada, on the other hand, doesn’t
- I don’t give a flip about either 2/5 or 3/5 of what’s left of Tohoshinki
- I find Nishino Kana’s voice uninteresting
- SNSD’s Tiffany f’d up her face, as seen in the Japanese GENIE PV
- I sorta kinda want to know more about some Arashi members
- Ikimono Gakari, GIRL NEXT DOOR, MEG and Tamaki Nami have lost my attention
- Ayabie shouldn’t have broken up
- BENI bores me to hell
- SNSD stans scare the heck out of me
- Ayumi should switch it up a bit, just in general
- Tsunku had better add minimum 2 new members to Momusu
- Auditions have me strangely excited for some reason

My confessions would have to be:
1. Japanese rap and r&b is 1000X better than American rap and r&b.
2. Namie Amuro is starting to bore me
3. Ayumi Hamasaki’s crappy voice is better than her good voice.
4. Taeyang has no talent aside from looking good and dancing.
Im sorry, but I think you’re an idiot for saying taeyang has no talent…..Are you deaf or just stupid? Almost all of his solo songs are hits for a good REASON. Even in North America, it has a standing in itunes.
1. I’m ashamed to like the song Yasai Sisters from AKB48
2. When I first listened to music from Morning Musume, I thought it was just ok or decent at best. After watching them on variety shows, all their music suddenly sounded awesome to my ears. Pretty much the same thing happened with AKB48 too.
3. Ever since the news of Eri’s graduation, I find myself lurking around AKB48 forums more often but I still like H!P more and I always will.
4. I want KARA to be more successful than SNSD in Japan.
5. I don’t really understand the difference between Singers, Artists, and Idols.
My confession:
1. The four Queens of J-Pop are Koda Kumi, Utada Hikaru, Ayumi Hamasaki and Namie Amuro.
2. Tsunku better add decent members to kick Sayumi and Reina out.
3. Ayumi and Kumi are sucking and need to take a break now.
4. None of these K-Pop girl groups (and Big Bang) should try and debut in Japan, only DBSK has really made any success.
5. How did AKB48 become so popular? What happened to Japan loving Morning Musume?
6. 2PM shouldn’t come back this year.
Why 6? I’m curious
Ok, you can find out on my Sep 1st post but I’ll tell you now.
As much as I love 2pM, there’s been so much drama in 2010 and what I would really appreciate is just that they slowly come back to variety, perhaps have their own show at the end of this year and rest in December, hopefully.
But I have a strange feeling JYP won’t let them get away with going free for the last months of 2010.

1. I’ve stopped listening to BoA and Ayumi Hamasaki but still keep up with the news on them in hopes of giving them a second chance.
2. Ever since Heavy Rotation, I’ve been losing my resistance to give AKB48 a try.
3. Japanese debut singles by Korean artists show they need more Japanese lessons.
4. Tsunku is a creepy motherf**ker.
5. Kana Nishino is not the next J-pop queen.
6. I never bought a Hikki album but swear I will buy her upcoming best-of album.
1. Ayu needs to get pregnant. A pregnancy would force her to take a break.
2. I only started to listen to JASMINE because of her covers (good marketing).
3. Namie Amuro has no soul.
4. There needs to be more competition in the idol market. AKB vs. MM gets boring. What about Idoling!!! and Momoiro Clover?
5. I would laugh so hard if the graduation of LinLin and JunJun would mark the end of MM.
6. I want to know more about the JE groups even though I don’t care for their music.
7. AKB’s marketing is stupid for making DVDs not available through normal shops. SKE ftw!
8. K-Pop starts to sound all the same.

I think Ayumi might go by the belief that marriage is something a woman should get herself into if she’s ready for it, if she plans to make it last forever. And odd thought for today’s day and age but shows just how old fashion she can be.
1. I barely listen to j-pop
2. Even if I’m now a big kpop fan, I think none of the current idols has wowed me with his/her voice.
3. I think some of the idols are still not attractive, some still ugly, despite all the plastic surgery ( I won’t say names though) . I think it’s really sad they went through the knife to end up like that

6. It’s funny, because I’ve listened to a few BoA’s japanese songs and I think she sounds better in japanese than korean.
7. This is really sad, and makes me wonder if the company really does some research before trying to debut their band in foreign countries.
18. I think Tiffany hasn’t changed much since debut and she looks absolutely gorgeous in jp Genie…
1. I hate Ai Takahashi. She is a terrible leader and I think people lost interest in Morning Musume recently because she set the pace for the rest of the members to be boring as fuck.
2. I love the fact that Koda Kumi is such a whore. It kinda makes her cool :)
3. I don’t really understand why AKB48 is so popular. Half the girls aren’t even that pretty and God knows even fewer of them can actually sing.
4. Utada’s music all starts to sound the same after a while :/
5. I’ve always hated DBSK and rejoiced the day the “break” was announced.
6. Tsuji’s new hairstyle bugs me
1. I hate how Risa’s beauty was 80% in her hairstyle. Now she looks like a granny.
2. It pisses me off when people say they’re super stans, but always have excuses as to why they won’t buy their idol’s albums.
3. DaWa should just die or get graduated for some shitty reason, hand over the leadership back to Yuuka, then shaft s/mileage into Momusu, then just make s/mileage a shuffle group.
4. I hate how I was once a BK’s Witness and then suddenly got converted to C-utism due to their more epic previous song repertoire.
5. I hate how shitty AAA’s sales are. They’re worth soo much more than those sales they make. A little promotion goes a long way y’know avex?.
6. I think I’m the only person who went from loving the AKB sluts before Oogoe Diamond and fell into the spell of the H!P sirens.
7. Athena and Robikkerottsu is the best shuffle unit. EVER. (after DEF.DIVA)
8. I actually LIKE Appare Kaitenzushi. It’s a crazy song. Crazy like the pandas and the turdle. MoMusu needs some crazy.
9. Hoping that Tsunku will do the right thing and graduate Aika asap.
10. Hoping that Tsunku will do the right thing and get 3 kids from the Audition and shaft an Egg in.
11. Hoping that the AKB management buildings go down in flames with some key center girls’ faces burnt. Especially Acchan, but not Yuko, nor any of the ones I actually adore…. WE ARE THE TEAM K~~~ *ahem*
01. I love Namie’s bored facial expressions and unenthusiastic dance moves when she’s on stage.
02. Ayumi isn’t the Queen of J-Pop. We do not live in 2000 anymore.
03. Korean stars who try to debut in japan are amusing and I like their crappy japanese.
04. Ai Otsuka needs to get famous and succesfully again.
05. I think Hikki is a slacker.
06. Kumi ISN’T pretty nor talented at all.
07. I hate Arashi’s high CD Sales because I dislike them.
08. AKB48 is overrated.

5. I think K-Pop in general, with a few exceptions (TVXQ, miss A, SHINee), is derivative and kind of unoriginal. However I still love it because it IS catchy.

I’m excited for the 9th gen auditions, but I’m afraid nothing will change and Morning Musume will be just as pathetic as they’ve been recently.

1. SNSD is pretty damn overrated, not going to lie….and plastic
2. Majority of kpop IS plastic, no shit people… I dont know much about the jpop industry about being “open” about it, but it certainly doesnt seem like the idols themselves talk about it openly. It’s just a natural part of korean society it seems (a lot of girls get surgery….I’m sure this applies to the rest of eastern asia as well)
3. New debuting kpop girl groups are all starting to look the same and sound the same….
4. Autotuning is fucking annoying….and all too prevalent in kpop songs these days
5. Very few kpop groups actually have REAL talent….a lot of them just have catchy songs, that’s it. Groups/people I think actually have talent (and some are even underrated) are 2AM, Navi, Epik High, Brown Eyed Girls, 2PM (pretty cool), Jay Park (can dance, sing, and rap…triple threat), Big Bang, Afterschool, 8Eight (too bad Joo Hee is very plastic…she’s got an awesome body), Hyuna, Miss A, Wondergirls, JYP.
6. These 15-16 year old kpop idol girls are gorgeous looking….
7. 90% of the time, the rappers in kpop groups are korean-americans….apparently speaking english means you can rap XD. Not saying they can’t but Nicole from Kara certainly cant or Taecyeon from 2pm. Jay can rap, Miryo can rap, bekah can rap, etc.

1. Ayumi Hamasaki is as overrated as hell is hot. Period.
2. On the other hand, Ayaka Hirahara and Miho Fukuahara are as underrated as the south pole is cold. Another period.
3. I really don’t understand the current hype about K-Pop. SNSD, Tiara, 4minute an their likes didn’t reinvent the wheel. They really didn’t.
4. Although the concept of Morning Musume should guarantee them everlasting presence in the music scene, they will have a lot problems once Ai Takahashi and Risa Niigaki graduate. And I do mean A LOT.
5. I don’t want to prejudge the upcoming 9th generation of Morning Musume BUT I don’t think this will revive the group in anyway.
6. I doubt that anyone will give a damn about Morning Musume in the year of 2020. (In case they still do exist at that point.)
7. The 9-member-Morning Musume line-up lasting from 2007 until the beginning of December 2009 was the best the group ever had.
8. The above mentioned line-up is the only one relevant to me since I got to know them. I did care a bit less since Koharu left and I probably will care a lot less once Eri, JunJun and LinLin have left.
9. melody. should have continued the musical style from her first three studio albums… and her career in general. (Anyway, I’m happy for her and wish her all the best in her current life.)

1. AKB48 has conquered every J-media outlet there is. SERIOUSLY, THEY’RE EVERYWHERE! THERE’S NO ESCAPE!!!!!
2. Ayumi’s last to singles were an improvement but I still want her to go MIA.
3. Listening to Kumi’s old material, I realized I miss slutty Kuu. Also needs to go MIA for a while.
4. When Hikki’s new song was leaked, I swore to myself I had to buy her best of album no matter what.
5. Kana Nishino is a one trick pony cause her next single sounds like everything she’s done after her debut album.
6. I might start following Arashi, not for their music but just cause I want to see which American celeb they’ll hook up with (fingers crossed for Arashi x Johnny Depp).
7. Heavy Rotation is still on Oricon. Worse, it’s still in the top 10.
8. Visual Kei needs to drop the synths and just be rock.
9. I wish Johnnys and Avex should stop hogging the #1 spot on Oricon (then again, that’s propably the fanbases’ fault).
10. Tabloid needs to stop harassing celebs (did you hear about Hikki and Fukada?).

1)I hate how tabloids are targeting JE, esp Arashi.
2)I hate that almost all the popular kpop groups are debuting in Japan with their crap Japanese.
3)I hate how crazy K-netizens are that they don’t mind hurting the idols physically and willing to tear apart the idols poster.
4)I hate how Jpop is seen as crap without being reviewed deeply. Gosh. There are lots of artists like Fukuhara Miho, Dream, May’s and so many talented artists.

11)Though I hated AKB because of heavy rotation, I liked them after watching Beginner and River. I hate even more to myself for liking them with talents which is not enough to be that big and there are still many groups out there with talents like Dream.
12)I hate the fact that I love watching 2NE1 pvs though I hated their brothers, Big bang to core.
13)I hate ppl creating shit vid like kpop groups vs jpop groups in youtube to make the matter more heated. And I hate that ppl actually judge who is better only based on the 4 or 5 mins clips with 4 or 5 groups and 1song of each artist is played in the vid.
14)I seriously hate Animax because they are showing Korean variety show. I will not hate the channel that much if they only show Kpop. But hello… K variety show on Animax? the anime channel? Don’t get the wrong idea. I am not racist against koreans but it is really sth to do with Anime?
15)Finally, I don’t follow to kpop for 1year already ever since learned that MOST kpop fans are so scary, meanie, equipped with rockets of insults and curses for their opponents. And that is one of the reasons that drive me to Jpop.

1. I think AKB48 songs are good but i get really mad when they get the top of the charts
2. I original thought that C-ute and berryz were rivels (only an H!P fan for 2 days)
3. I HATE it when only a few members of each group get lines (Ex. when airi got EVERY SOLO LINE in shock!)
4. I DISPISE some of the H!P outfits (EX: berryz 1st single outfits, sakura chirari outfits, Mr moonlight outfits, lalala shiawaeno uta dresses, milkyway 1st single outfits, ect.)

6. K-pop is like a drug. In the Philippines (i live in the Philippines), K-pop seems so special. Especially last year.

5: I think C-ute is better as 5nin than ever before. SHOCK was a mistake though. Even if I like the song, they should’ve at least given Maimi some solos to appeal to both the big fan-bases of the group.
6: Campus Life Umarete Kite Yokatta was boring.
7: Aitai Lonely Christmas and Onna to Otoko no Lullaby Game are the best songs from H!P all year in years.

1. I don’t understand why J/K Media praise SNSD’s debut in Japan that big. It made me want to puke. There are still many singers who are more talented than SNSD.

1. i hope it’s not jyj (jaejoong-yoochun-junsu) but jcj (jaejoong-changmin-junsu). i love yoochun but i don’t find his voice appealing for ballads.
2. i’m bored with j-dramas this year, i prefer k-dramas now though i used to hate k-dramas before. i stopped watching joker yurusarezaru no sousakan since episode 4, kame’s acting was annoying in yamato nadeshiko shichi henge (well i always find his acting’s annoying), yamapi looks really sick in code blue 2, abe’s acting in shinzanmono was perfect but the story was tad boring, and let’s not talk about yankee-kun to megane-chan. i always love school drama but this one’s really disappointing.
3. i really disappointed with yui’s new album. okay she’s cute but i prefer her simple jeans and t-shirt outfit before. and her music is not really interesting anymore. her first album is yui’s best album, imo. sayonara merry go round~
4. i prefer shinee over super junior now though super junior’s my first kpop crush. bonamana album’s sucks, lucifer album’s overall good.
5. i prefer kpop in 2009. 2ne1 and 4minute’s 2010 songs aren’t really amused me. fire muzik rules yay! and i still played 2pm’s “again and again” again and again in my playlist.

SNSD is hypnotising people just by their legs, i know they dont have talent and the korean entertainment should really stop sending them to Japan. As you can see all Jpop music sounds and tunes are already starting to sound like kpop.
